Terms of Use

Tools in Reach provides free online file utility tools including image compression, image resizing, image crop, PDF conversion, PDF Merge, Split PDF, Rotate PDF, Reorder PDF, Remove PDF pages, JSON formatting, Base64 encoding, and CSS minification. Text, developer, QR, image resize, crop, photo preparation, and file-name fixes run entirely in your browser. Other file tools, including PDF Merge, Split PDF, Rotate PDF, Reorder PDF, and Remove PDF pages, offer browser Privacy mode and Standard server processing when HTTPS is available. Server files expire after 30 minutes and are removed shortly afterward.

Tools in Reach is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will meet your specific requirements, or that the output will be accepted by every government portal or online form. Always verify the output before submitting.

Tools in Reach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our tools. We do not manually inspect files processed on the server, and we never receive files from browser-only tools or Privacy Mode.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tools in Reach only for lawful purposes. Do not use our tools to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to block access to anyone violating these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tools in Reach after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
